Let's all open out our natural possibilities.

As it is the essence of human nature to explore one’s own potential.

Look into the eyes of those who choose to live their own lives.

Growth and maturity must come with pains and trials.

But without them, there is no exhilaration of being alive.

Look into the eyes of those who choose to live their own lives.

Witness the impact each person's innate genius has on the world.

See the dynamism burst forth with every moment.

If individual talents are at the heart of creativity,

how can they be far from contributing to the success of our mission?

Blooming fully in the present moment as you are entirely yourself.

‘Here and now, as oneself’

this belief and commitment to the journey is The Ground on which

we tread as we live our lives.

Let’s cast off gaze from others.

Let go of conventions and common senses.

Let’s get rid of the fear and pain.

And be completely free in this very moment,

as yourself, right here, right now.

Do you want to succeed? Would there be anyone who does not wish for success?

A life full of wealth and fame, a life where you can spend each day with your loved ones in a warm home, a life in which you can offer necessary help and exert a positive influence on society, a life where you experience a sense of self-efficacy in your daily activities while pursuing dreams that you have always cherished of, a life where you anticipate the next day without a single discomfort weighing on your mind as you lie down at night...

Success comes in many different forms. Just as the definition of success may vary from person to person, I believe everyone hopes to live a life that aligns with their own version of success one day.

Success comes in many different forms. Just as the definition of success varies from person to person, I believe everyone hopes to live a life that aligns with their own version of success one day. Simply wishing for your successful life—whatever form it may be—without taking any action will make it difficult to come closer to success. But more than that, what if you are working hard at something every day, yet it turns out that it's not actually contributing much to your success? Could there be anything more disheartening than that?

To avoid ending up in such a disappointing outcome, I believe we need to discuss what we should do and what we can do. What drives you toward success? What do we need to know to achieve success? What are the things that actually matter? Ultimately, understanding these will increase our chances that we will not only succeed in our work but in our lives as a whole.

You and I have finally come together, united under the name "DEIN." At this very moment, our shared desire for success has brought us here. So, how can we align our focus and run together within DEIN, enjoying success both in work and in life? Each of us has different roles at DEIN, and as mentioned earlier, everyone's standards of success vary.

Of course, helping one another to hone knowledge and skills, whether as salespeople, developers, or HR professionals, so we can develop our expertise in our respective roles, can be one way to foster growth. However, to truly succeed in both work and life, we believe that what's most important is not merely understanding things intellectually in our heads, but deeply, within our hearts. By truly understanding the purpose and goals of real success from deep within, the motivation and changes that naturally arise from that realization will guide us toward success more efficiently and sustainably.

There is something I would like you, as the reader of this message, to always remember during your time with DEIN. It is ‘authorship’. What we do is to create new standards for the world by bringing forth values that have never existed before. Simply working hard to pursue values that others have already discovered or fiercely competing in the same field as everyone else is not what we aim to do. Similarly, what I expect from you is not to simply follow orders or be a 'good' member who does not cause any problems.

We want you to become a creator who leads change in this world. What we do requires a strong desire and solid actions. Most people think that the world operates based on predetermined rules and prescribed frameworks. Within those rules and frameworks, they define themselves as mere components and work hard to gain recognition and achieve success. But what if that framework itself is flawed? What if it points in the wrong direction? Then what is the purpose of all our efforts?

The world may seem rational and logical. In fact, there are many things that are strangely distorted. You must be surprised at how much truth is hidden unless you look at the world with clear eyes. If you define yourself as a mere component in this world and choose to live a moderate life, perhaps such distortions won’t trouble you. However, if you have come here to follow true values and to become the owner of your work and life, those distortions will make you feel uncomfortable. With the belief that we can change the world, this is why we must start making a difference from this very moment and onward.

The name of our culture, ‘The Ground’, signifies the common foundation for our journey. What if the ground we are standing on becomes shaky and unstable? We wouldn’t be able to do anything but focus all our attention to just maintain our balance. To plan and push forward with anything, we must first ensure that our foundation is solid. As a firm ground, 'The Ground' will serve as our guide to glory and as the belief that helps us overcome adversities and hardships in the future.
